Growth is exciting, but growth also tests everything behind the scenes.

Early in Kingston 5’s journey, rapid growth challenged us in ways we didn’t expect. Those challenges led to important lessons, operational improvements, and a renewed commitment to consistency and excellence.

Every lesson made us better. Every challenge made us stronger.

I wanted to do something completely different with our menu, so I took a risk. I took our traditional, rich Caribbean flavors, made them completely boneless, and put them into tacos... and honestly? We changed the game. 🤯

Say hello to the lineup:
🍛 The Curry Cluck - Tender savory curry chicken.
😈 The Brown Stewie - Rich SWEET brown stew chicken.
🥩 The Oxtail Taco - Juicy, melt-in-your-mouth SWEET Oxtail.

Everything you love about a Jamaican plate, wrapped up in a lightly griddled tortilla. No bones, no mess, just pure flavor. You literally cannot get these anywhere else!
