What a crazy month it’s been! Our team and chefs have been going nonstop celebrating Juju’s 3 year anniversary. Huge thank you to our team who made it all possible and to everyone who came to celebrate with us this month. We truly feel the love from our community! We’ll take a breather for now, but here’s what you have to look forward to as we get ready for a new season:
- Reservations for world renowned Japanese Rice Master x Juju Kaiseki Night (10/17-10/18) will be released mid September
- New season with a new Kappo/ Kaiseki omakase by chef Lewis will start mid October
- New a lart carte menu items will be added for this fall

We’re continuing our 3 year anniversary celebration by welcoming back guest chef Haru originally from Kyushu, who’s been teaching Japanese cooking locally, to host our Summer Matsuri Brunch!

In spring, we paired lightly chilled sake with seasonal spring ingredients for our Hanami brunch. This summer, Juju Sake sommelier Mai has curated a selection of bright, refreshing sakes to complement Haru’s summer focused veggies. Expect dishes like seasonal small bites, cold noodles, and chazuke to celebrate the best summer has to offer!

Dinners with the boys!
Our very own Chef Lewis and Chef David of will curate an interpretation of Taiwan’s celebratory banquet (locally known as ban-do) in some Juju style for a fun night on 8/7! Guests will enjoy some Japanese koto performance and also dishes take on the traditional Taiwanese-style banquet (locally known as ban-do) that both chefs grew up enjoying with family and friends.

Juju’s 3-year anniversary! Orlando, we thank you whole heartedly for the love these past 3 years! 😻 Everyday since, ya’ll have shown up for us, and we couldn’t have done it without our incredible team and community!

This year, we’ll be hosting some fun collab events, and our second Summer Matsuri (ē„­ć‚Š) Market (8/3) to celebrate 3 years with our community! Tickets for market in the comment . Reservations will be released soon.

• 10/17-18 (Post anniversary Collab $360):
Big announcement coming soon! It’s too exciting to be saved for last! We’ll have a Japanese chef (coming from Fukuoka, Japan), renowned for his worldwide viral onigiri videos, for a fun collab with Chef Lewis! It’s been in the works for a year so we can’t wait! We will accept pre reserved seats!

• 8/3 Matsuri Market:
Led by Juju’s sake specialist Mai Yoshioka, featuring an opening taiko drum performance, free interactive Japanese calligraphy, popular Japanese festival food, and a special Juju Matsuri tee designed by local artist Boy Kong! $10 ticket for entry (can be used as credit for purchases)

• 8/7 Taiwanese x Japanese night ($260). Our very own Chef Lewis and Chef David Tsan from Norigami will showcase how their roots and Japanese culture intertwine in the form of Juju’s kappo omakase style along with a Japanese koto performance.

• 8/11 Japanese night $140: Kaiseki Kitchen House (former Edible Education). Chef Lewis will be the guest chef at The kitchen house to showcase Kaiseki style cuisine. A garden-to-kitchen experience that allows us to support their mission for the Central Florida community.

• 8/16 Matsuri Brunch and Sake Tasting $140 by Haru Nakamura and Mai. Our first Hanami brunch was so popular that we had to bring it back! We’ll have our 2nd Matsuri brunch with Haru San and Mai to showcase their favorite sake and summer pairings!

Konnichiwa! Just some updates for February experiences. 😽 We’ve added one last seating to the end of February before we bid a fond farewell to our winter kappo! Sekokani, the star ingredient in winter, has reached the tail end of the season and our gingko and maple trees are also naked signaling the end of winter nearing. Dry aged nigiri-kase will be still available while chef Lewis is preparing for the upcoming spring kappo menu. Izakaya Room walk-ins are always welcome!

It’s that time of year again and we’re excited to offer a three-tiered Osechi box, a limited-edition New Year’s feast crafted by Chef Lewis. Click the link in our bio (or DM us) for preorders along with your preferred pick up day (12/30, 12/31)!

Osechi-ryōri are traditional Japanese New Year foods that carry well wishes for health and happiness for the upcoming New Year! Juju’s Osechi boxes come in a three-tiered wooden box wrapped in a special Furoshiki, with each dish included within carrying its own significance. We hope to bring special fortune to your home through our preparation of Osechi.

Kappo reservations for the first two weeks of July are available on Resy! 😽 As temperatures continue to soar, we’ve got updates for our Summer Matsuri for y’all!

Besides the loved full omakase ($180) experience at our Kappo Bar, we’ll also be offering our new Matsuri Mini Nigiri Omakase ($79 per guest, Thursdays only) for the summer. Quick and fun, this new mini omakase will focus on our dry aged nigiri and a seasonal raw tasting all wrapped up in an hour!

*More details on Juju Summer Matsuri Market & anniversary will be announced in July!
* Izakaya Dining Room, a la carte menu by our young chef team, is still open for walk-ins.
