SUNDAY BRUNCH is back on May 24! We’re bringing back brunch for one day only—this time with our friend, the talented Chef Monique Feybesse of (Oakland, CA). A Top Chef alum who’s cooked in some of the world’s top kitchens —from San Francisco to Copenhagen, Paris, and New York— she now leads Tarts de Feybesse and has been named a James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef.

She’ll be cooking alongside Kapé Kaya’s and .lordfer.lalicon for a multi-course family-style menu showcasing their styles and stellar technique. Expect pastries, savory filipino breakfast dishes, and sweets, of course—fun, generous, and meant to be shared.

Have you been to Kapé Kaya? Every Saturday morning from 9:30am til 12pm, we turn the restaurant into a pastry café featuring amazing creations by 🥐

The menu changes a little bit week to week, but you can almost always count on ensaymada cruffins, Filipino Cuban bearclaws, theeeee best croissants around, thick ‘em cookies, as well as a seasonal, globally inspired flavors of egg custard tarts, fritters, croissant bibingka and foccacia. HAPPY EARTH DAY 🌎 We are so thankful for this earth and all it provides - nourishment, sustenance, inspiration, beauty, medicine, the list goes on.

Two of the central values that guide our approach at Kaya are KAPWA and UTANG NA LOOB, precolonial ways of being that teach how we are all interconnected with one another and the land (kapwa). We have a responsibility to care for each other and the land with care, respect and reciprocity (utang na loob, literally translated to inner debt).

Tonight we’re celebrating all of that with community, music, food, plants, a cocktail competition and more! Hope to see you and the fam under the Bodhi Tree 🌳

We’ll be selling Chef Clam’s awesome pastries, Chef Lo is cookin’ up some breakfast rice bowls, Bayani Bar will be slanging tasty beverages, and we’ll have some local vendors to support while some of our favorite DJs play all vinyl selections from 10am-3pm.

TONIGHT is the last Wednesday of the Bodhi Boys Jazz season until the fall 🌳🎶🍷 Don’t miss your chance to experience live jazz, impeccable natural wine specials and dinner under the stars ✨ They play from 6:30-8:30 (and sometimes later when the crowd is worthy - let’s show ‘em so love!)

San Francisco is coming to Orlando!

We’re excited to welcome Chef Francis Ang—recognized by Esquire, The New York Times and The James Beard Foundation for his contemporary Filipino cooking—to Kaya on April 7.

is someone we’ve admired for years—from our first visit to to time spent cooking together in the Philippines and SF—and we’ve been plotting how to get him to Orlando ever since. His restaurant Abacá has become one of the most celebrated Filipino restaurants in the country, and we’re excited to share his talent with our food-loving community here at home.

For this dinner, we’ll be cooking the way we love to eat: a multi-course family-style menu inspired by heritage and shaped by seasonal ingredients from both coasts.
