Edoboy - standing sushi bar Edoboy is an 8-person standing sushi bar located in the Mills50 district. MICHELIN Guide 2023 - 2025 One hour time slots are required and booked via Resy.

Guests order 12 pieces max of nigiri and hand rolls a la carte directly with the chefs, who serve the sushi piece by piece. Assorted Japanese beer and sake are available, as well as miso soup made from the fish bones of the day. New time slots drop every Monday at 12pm for Thursday - Sunday dinner service. We have a strict cancellation policy. No walk-ins. Dress comfortably. Credit card only.

While many of you know her as a staple of our front-of-house family, she is also the creative force behind Little Giant, a beloved pop-up where she translates her mother Nancy’s traditional Chinese recipes and decades of “muscle memory” into modern culinary must-haves.

This collaboration is a beautiful tribute to her heritage and maternal roots, proving that the best flavors are often rooted in family, ingenuity, and a deep love for the Orlando community.

Introducing our new 13-course Seasonal Omakase ($65), launching Thursday, Feb 12! This is a brand-new format for us, featuring 3 starters, 7 nigiri, 1 temaki, miso soup, and our housemade tamago.

Some Highlights:
✨ Salmon Sashimi: Served with bright ponzu, tomato, and shiso.
