The final day of the expo we had the opportunity to speak with Yonathan and Julian (4 Vientos Farm) from Colombia. We are grateful to work with them as an important supplier of our coffee beans from Colombia!
They produce excellent coffee and we look forward to working with their farm for years to come.

🌍☕️ Exciting day at CAFESCOR’s coffee lab in Central America! JP, our leader of coffee innovation at Zaza Coffee, kicked off the event with a powerful speech about the emotional and social impact of coffee. He had the pleasure of cupping 23 incredible coffees from Mexico, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, discovering unique flavors like hibiscus, chamomile, passion fruit, mint, and black tea.

One standout coffee from Nicaragua impressed everyone, and JP prepared it using his Chemex to highlight its potential. Seeing the pride on the producers’ faces was the highlight of the day!

JP, Zaza’s leader of coffee innovation, is headed to the Golden Cup CAM competition this week as the head judge. The goal of the event is to create awareness for specialty coffee and fair trade. We are excited and honored for the opportunity to have JP represent Zaza Coffee at such a special event. Follow along for updates from Central America!
