*Rou Gui Wuyi Yancha China Rock Oolong Tea*
Heavily roasted … the first infusion with dominant charcoal baking aroma. With every cup you will feel the heavy rock together with a hint of citrus and a lingering malty sweetness. Balanced with a pleasant spicy cinnamon aroma and taste. Bold and strong and deep … sweet and spicy aftertaste. Hou Yun!

*Satemwa TFSBOP1 Malawi Black Tea*
Brisk, smooth, classic black tea with small, oxidized reddish fibers and silver tips with a neat twisted leaf. Because the tea is composed of small flakes of leaf and fibers, it does well for blending with other ingredients, including other teas. Sharp and sweet-tart with notes of olive, malt and wood. Smooth texture with a soft oil-like consistency. Ideal with milk, sugar and/or honey!

Yummy … Make a Mint Julep!
- 6 sachets of our tea (we think so!)
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup (or to your taste) fresh mint leaves, set aside a few for the garnish
- 3/4 cup (or to your taste) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (or to your taste) bourbon
- lemon slices
*Combine water, fresh mint and sugar in a saucepan over high heat - stir occasionally until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil.
*Remove from heat and add tea sachets - steep until cooled to room temp.
*Strain into a pitcher and add bourbon and lemon slices.
*Stir and serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint and a lemon slice.
Enjoy!
