Friday night tacos 🌮 to Saturday morning breakfast burritos 🌯 😎with BIG RED at Dixon Family YMCA soccer ⚽️ tournaments not only vending but caught us rememising our soccer coaching days Evyn’s 4th and 5th grade year with the Oregon Park District! Undefeated both years! FUN FACT: 5 of the players you saw working at Hector’s through their high school and college years ❤️ than to Saturday night CELEBRATING Blake and Grace love = the Utmost Perfect weekend doing what we love to do each day ❤️

➡️ Thursday- RESTAURANT CLOSED BIG RED at CORPORATE Lunch and Byron Soccer team dinner catering, Oregon Elementary teacher catering dinner, Oregon Football team dinner catering
➡️Friday- RESTAURANT OPEN for BIRRIA FRIYAH 11am-2:30 pm than BIG RED at DIXON YMCA soccer ⚽️ tournaments 4:45pm-6:45pm
➡️ Saturday-RESTAURANT OPEN 11am-4pm and BIG RED at DIxon YMCA soccer tournaments 8am-noon YES BREAKFAST BURRITOS will be served 😋 and onsite Wedding 💒 Dinner catering 🥰

After a very rainy season, we could not of had more perfect weather for our biggest, shortest and busiest event of the season Autumn on Parade ! It is a feeling you cannot describe when you look out and you see all of these people coming into our beautiful hometown ! Our lines were long. It went from our BIG REDS order window to the sidewalk and down it !! this weekend was absolutely. the most calmest chaotic, long 16 hour work days in a way we could not describe at how fulfilled our hearts are! For the third year in a row, we partnered with Village Of Mt. Morris Let Freedom Ring - a Family Fun Festival committee, where a portion of our proceeds benefit the Mount Morris Fourth of July festivities ❤️ the committee members did a great job in passing out all of our customers food and beverages. And of course we cannot forget the small
committee of Autumn On Parade members for making this all happen in our beautiful small town! We are very Oregon proud Business owners who just LOVE what we do each day and it was a bonus Evyn came home from school to take food orders and help us all weekend long.

We are honored and blessed to serve Sinnissippi Centers celebration last Friday ! Guests had a choice of a chicken burrito bowl with our homemade chips and salsa or a pulled pork sandwich with our homemade chips and salsa
And … yesterday feeding all city wide departments of City of Dixon Illinois Government ! Employees had a choice between a ground beef or chicken burrito bowl with our homemade signature chips and salsa or 2 ground beef or shredded chicken tacos with our homemade signature chips and salsa
