Today is bittersweet as we say goodbye to Kaitlyn on her last day at Mind Over Core and Genoa Nutrition! 💛

We’re so grateful for the time, energy, and care she has poured into both locations. While we’ll definitely miss having her behind the bar, we’re excited for her next chapter as she begins working from home in medical coding!

Kaitlyn, thank you for being part of our MOC and Genoa family. We’re cheering you on and wishing you so much success in this new adventure! 🥤💻✨

We’ve never believed health was just about a workout.

And it’s definitely not just about what’s in your cup. 😉

Mind Over Core was built around the WHOLE picture.

🥤 How you fuel your body
💪 How you move it
🧠 How you think
🤝 Who you surround yourself with
🔥 And having people in your corner when motivation disappears

Somewhere along the way, our nutrition, our gym and our challenges started feeling like separate pieces.

But they were never supposed to be.

Nutrition + movement + accountability + community.

That’s Mind Over Core.

And you’re going to start seeing us bring those pieces together in a much bigger way.

Because we don’t just want you stopping in for your favorite Mega Tea.

We want to know your goals.

We want to celebrate when you get stronger.

We want to help when nutrition feels hard.

We want to be the place you walk into and know—

these people are in my corner.

Fuel your body.
Move your body.
Build your community.

This is Mind Over Core. 🖤

🏈 Today is Jordan’s last day with us before he heads back to Ohio Northern for FOOTBALL SEASON! 🧡🖤

We’re going to miss having him around, but we’re so excited to cheer him on this season!

Make sure you stop in today, grab your Mega or shake, and wish Jordan GOOD LUCK before he trades the blender for the football field. 😂🏈🥤

Go crush it, Jordan! We’ll be cheering for you! 👏

Friendship is basically just finding people who support your bad decisions…

Like convincing you that you definitely need the Mega. 😂🥤🥤🥤

Three friends. Three Megas. Zero regrets.

Tag the friend who NEVER lets you order alone. 👇😂

🥤 + ⚡️ WHY ORDER THE COMBO?

Because if you’re already grabbing your shake AND your Tea… ordering them together just makes sense. 👏

Your shake = protein-packed meal on the go 💪
Your Mega Tea = energy + hydration to tackle the day ⚡️

And when you order them as a combo, you save compared to purchasing each one separately. 🙌

More fuel. More energy. Less $$$.

We love a girl who gets BOTH and saves money doing it. 😂💁‍♀️

Next time you order, just say: “Make it a combo!”
