Another low sugar dessert! These are my new favorites! Sooooo good!
Dessert Dip! 3 ww points and 6g of protein per serving. This makes 8 servings. This is such an easy dip to make different ways by changing the extracts and pudding flavors. I also feel like it would make a great low sugar frosting for a cake!

2 c fairlife fat free milk
8oz fat free cream cheese
1 package sugar free pudding(I used white chocolate)
1t vanilla extract
1oz tub sugar free cool whip

Mix everything except the cool whip and sprinkes together really well. Then fold in the cool whip and sprinkles at the end. I have tried it with protein churro pretzels, strawberries, and a few animal crackers and all of them were good.

Chocolate strawberry pretzel salad.

Same dip as above with these additions/modifications.

Use chocolate sugar free pudding mix instead of white chocolate. Add Sugar free strawberry jello, fresh strawberries, and protein churro pretzels.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent today at pyrexfest and also those who tried to help me and other vendors when the wind was destroying everything. So bummed the weather did not cooperate. We planned for wind and rain as much as we could but there is only so much we can do with displays. I hope everyone that found some of my art that blew down the street enjoys it!šŸ¤£ oh well. Onto the next adventure! We will be in Exton with our disney fantasy pins, pin boards, and pin ears on 10/17 and 10/18. Then in Baltimore for monster mania halloween weekend. So much to do to get ready but I am excited for all of it!

Breakfast this morning!
A cheese omelet made in my little egg cooker thing(2 eggs, salt and pepper, sharp cheddar, and a dash of fairlife milk)
Chicken maple sausage links
Cauliflower hash browns baked with a little olive oil
Half an apple

I bought rhe hash browns without looking at the label. They aren't any better for you than regular ones to be honest but they are tasty. I add a little 3 onion spices from pampered chef to mine. This was Joe's plate. I am not an egg person so instead of the omelet I had half a sola bagel with 1T of no sugar added peanut butter. This was a great start to the weekend.
