We had a wonderful first week of the challenge and so many people had amazing results. As a coach I always have to get permission regardless of how amazing the results are and I don’t have everyone’s permission yet to share the results but I did get hers. Congratulations Tianna on your 10 lb weight loss!!! This girl has defied All odds. She’s literally lost an entire person with good nutrition and exercise. She is a true testimony that if you put your mind to it you can do it!!
