Best of both!! 💥Shrimp Quesadilla and Quesadilla Baja, both are spectacular. Just a question, what mood are you in? Succulent Shrimp, Mojo de Ajo, Diabla, or Ranchera, wrapped in a tortilla with cheeses then grilled so cheese melts, oh boy!!! Or, Quesadilla Baja, Carne Asada, Carnitas, or Pollo Asada, sauteed in spices and grilled, then wrapped in a tortilla with cheese, grilled till cheese melts, includes guacamole. Ole!!!🥰🌶💖
