15th Viking Truck Anniversary!

10/09/2026

Today we’re parked at Bottle Logic Brewing — one of the true OGs, a partner in crime from the early days who’s been there through the grind, the growth, and everything in between. We’re here 4–9ish, serving the food that’s carried us this far and soaking up every second of it.
To everyone who’s rolled up to the window over the last decade and a half… thank you. For the support, the late-night orders, the loyalty, and for making The Viking Truck more than just a truck.
Here’s to 15 years of feeding people we love and beyond!

Grab a dog and a b**r and hang with us.
