At Anepalco, we’ve always believed in making everything in-house. But since the tortilla is the heart of Mexican food, we knew we had to take it a step further.
That’s why we created Grano, our own tortillería.
We use 100% organic corn and the traditional nixtamal process—cooking the corn with lime to bring out that perfect flavor, aroma, and texture. It took us time to perfect, but now, every single tortilla served at Anepalco is made by us.
