Join us for SOBER OCTOBER!

Sober October is a 31-day challenge where participants abstain from drinking alcohol for the entire month of October to reset your health and habits.

Rules of the Challenge:

• Zero Alcohol: Avoid all b**r, w**e, spirits, and mixed drinks from October 1 through October 31.

• Flexible Tracking: Some people choose a shorter version (14 or 21 days) or cut out other habits like sugar or cannabis, though 31 days of zero alcohol is the standard.

• Personal Accountability: It is a self-directed challenge rather than an enforced program.

Health Benefits

• Better Sleep: Eliminating alcohol restores normal sleep cycles and deep REM rest.

• Mental Clarity: Many participants experience improved focus, stable moods, and lower anxiety.

• Physical Recovery: A month off lowers blood pressure, improves liver function, and supports weight management by cutting carbs and empty calories.

Keep non-alcoholic b**rs, craft mocktails, or herbal teas on hand for social events available Green Room Kava Lounge

Plan Social Strategies:

Decide how you will handle peer pressure or social triggers before going out.

• Seek Support: Join online communities or do the challenge with us to stay motivated
