• Braised boneless short rib served over three-cheese mashed potatoes with sautéed asparagus, finished with a red wine peppercorn demi-glace and crispy buttermilk onion rings.

• Shakshuka – a rich “stew” of spiced tomatoes, peppers, and onions topped with a poached egg, feta cheese, and fresh herbs. Served with toasted pita bread. Want to make it even heartier? Add chorizo or gyro meat.
