If you weren’t around for Riot Grill V1.0, the Sonoran Cheeseteak is the sanguich that launched us. Inspired by Dickman’s ugly steak and the Philly cheesesteak, we marinate our meat in pineapple juice for tenderness and a blend of Sonoran spices. With grilled onions, green chilis and ooey gooey mozzarella alongside our signature garnishes, this sandwich is everything you love about Riot! Stop in and grab this messy, delicious monstrosity while supplies last!

We’re teaming up with the OCC to do another FREE lunch! Come see us on Sunday at the community center for some juicy brats and our street corn salad you already know and love! (Riot will be closed Sunday, obvs, because the whole crew will be crankin’ the OCC kitchen.)

Here’s how to participate: bring some chairs and a table if you’d like to sell some stuff. There will be some minimal lighting, so bring a solar lantern if you have one (or a few). We will have you set up along the walkway at Mt.View Plaza. If you want to sell out of your trunk, it would be cool if you backed into the parking spaces. if you’re just coming to hang out, park at the dirt lot on Sycamore. Dasch In Thrift Store may be opening, so bring a few bucks to score some cool gear! If you dig the event, consider donating at riot to invest in community events in the future!

Not only is our 1/2 lb Waygu blend patty cooked to your specifications, but you can adorn this beastly beauty any way you like. Jalapeños and bacon? Avocado and chipotle mayo? Grilled onions and blue cheese? Mozzarella and green chilis? Bacon, bacon and bacon? No problem! Check out the “add-ons” section of the menu or ask the cooks what we have available that day! A totally DIY Good Time! Bring some chairs, tables, stuff you want to swap/ sell, solar lights, costumes, glow paint, WHATEVER! If you’re a musical act, hit us up! Riot will serve a limited menu with a percentage of proceeds going to local causes. And if you’re loving the vibe, bring a donation so we can continue to build a fun environment to do it regularly!
