Happy Times Food was created in 2012 in Hurtsboro, AL as a labor of love following the passing of the family matriarch, Pam, who transitioned in 2011 after battling breast cancer. There was a singular goal in mind for Happy Times: Keep family tradition alive by serving delicious, American cuisine using quality products sourced from the family farm, Smiths Farm & Ranch. We are widely known for our signature menu item the “Pama” Southern Cheesesteak which was created in memory of Pam along with the name of the state in which Happy Times was born - Sweet Home Alabama. You can rest assured that every bite you take was prepared with love and happiness! We have an exciting menu that puts a creative spin on conventional food items like hot wings, burgers and hot dogs all served following Mama’s Kitchen Rules:
