Today we’re celebrating someone very special to the heart behind White Oak Mountain Coffee. 🤍

Today would have been my mom, Lynn’s, birthday.

My mom spent 39 years pouring into others as a teacher, and she had a way of making people feel loved, encouraged, and cared for. Losing her changed our family forever, but her influence continues to show up in so many pieces of what we’re building here.

If you’ve noticed “Make a Great Day” on the back of our team shirts, those words are there because of her. It was something my mom always said, and now our team carries those words with them as they serve our community. Even Lynn’s Legacy on our menu is a small way we get to keep her name and memory woven into what we do.

As we prepare to celebrate the grand opening of White Oak Mountain Coffee this week, it feels especially meaningful to pause today and remember one of the people who helped shape the heart behind it all.
