If we haven’t had the chance to meet you yet, you’ll probably find one (or both!) of us somewhere around the coffee shop.

We love great coffee, but even more than that, we love what happens around it — conversations, friendships, and people coming together.

This morning, right as we opened our doors, a woman came in and asked if she could pray over our business with our staff. What an incredible and encouraging way to start the day. 🤍

We are so thankful for her and for every person who has prayed for us, encouraged us, supported us, and spoken life over White Oak Mountain Coffee.

Building this business has been quite a journey, and moments like this remind us that it’s about so much more than coffee. Our prayer has always been that White Oak Mountain Coffee would be a place where people feel welcomed, encouraged, and connected.

To the sweet woman who prayed with us this morning—thank you. And to everyone who continues to pray for our family, our staff, and our business, thank you. Your prayers and encouragement mean more than you know.

We were honored to serve coffee at the U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship at The Honors Course—one of our valued wholesale partners and one of the nation’s premier golf clubs.

It was a privilege to fuel players, volunteers, and guests with our freshly roasted coffee throughout the championship. To top it all off, Luke Bryan closed out the event with a special performance, making an already incredible experience even more memorable.

We’re grateful to The Honors Course for trusting White Oak Mountain Coffee to be part of such a prestigious event. Opportunities like this remind us how thankful we are for the relationships we’ve built and the opportunity to serve our community—one cup at a time.

Every batch is hand-roasted in our San Franciscan SF-25 roaster right here in Ooltewah, Tennessee. By roasting in small batches with specialty Grade 1 coffee beans, we’re able to carefully develop the unique flavors of each origin and ensure every bag is as fresh as possible.

From sourcing quality beans to dialing in each roast, Nick is passionate about creating coffee that’s smooth, consistent, and full of flavor.
