Please pray for the Bothwell and Polk Family. My aunt Carolyn Bothwell-Polk passed on 2 December. She was a vital piece of O'So Good BBQ and put her heart and soul into serving others. My condolences to my cousins Symone Robinson Campbell, Fred and Dimica Polk.💛

Oscar Bothwell's Service will be Saturday September 12, 2020 at Old Liberty Cemetery @ 1:00. The viewing will be at Old Liberty Cemetery from 11-1 prior to service.

We want to safely grieve and honor our loved one. We are taking safety precautions and ask that everyone from different households maintain social distance and wear masks at the gravesite. If you are ordering flowers through the local Oneonta florist shops, have them delivered to Old Liberty Cemetery Saturday morning.

My Dad Oscar followed God’s plan and was called Home to be with Him tonight. Thank you all for your prayers and please continue to lift our family up during this difficult time. ❤️

Philippians 4:6-7 – Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus

This is the scripture I read during our FaceTime a few days ago. It is difficult not to be with loved ones in such difficult times. The outpouring of support and prayers for our family is truly appreciated. I know he would love nothing more than firing up his grills and serving the community this Labor Day weekend.

I will try and get on here weekly and post an update. There have been daily changes this week. Today, he is critically stable. Thank you Lord. He is also deeply sedated on the ventilator. Please continue to pray for his healing and complete restoration. God is in control! ❤️

I read this scripture during the FaceTime to my dad today. Continue to pray for Oscar "Boo" Bothwell (owner of O'So Good BBQ) healing

He is in ICU at St. Vincent's East. He is sedated on the ventilator but has made some progress past few days. Thank you all for the support, calls, text and ultimately praying for my dad. The staff do read some of the comments from this page to him. Please continue to pray for his healing and complete restoration. God is in control!❤️
