Blue Friday is here and "it's GAME DAY baby!" Today at 5pm YOUR Seattle Seahawks head to Arrow Heads Stadium for their final preseason game. For some of these men it will be their last time as a Seahawk, for some it will be their last time on an NFL field, but for a few today will be the start of their journey into Seahawks HISTORY!!! Kickoff is scheduled for 5pm and YOU know we are gonna have the game on and the excitement level set to 12!!!!
As we head into the weekend, I wanted to dial up a big special and I think we did it. I rarely (almost never) run the same special 2 weeks in a row, but this one deserved "Front Page Billing!" We have the return of our New York Strip French Dip. I roasted off 3 full strip loins. These are dry rubbed and cooked like a prime rib. Ounce they hit 120 degrees they are wrapped and place in a cooler to rest. Once they have been rested they head to the slicer. We slice them paper thin in order to make one of the best French Dips you've ever had.
Each French Dip gets stacked with 10 ounces of thin sliced NY strip served on a toasted French roll and topped with 2 slices of provolone. Served with fries and our house made Au jus for just $16

Thirsty Thursday is here, the weather forecast looks perfect, the final week of preseason football is underway, and we are looking forward to a great week to finish off August!
As of right now we are planning on opening all week at 2pm. If anything changes, I will post it on here as soon as possible.
To kick off the week we are bringing back a long-standing August tradition. For years I have avoided the fair....not just the SWWF but basically ALL the fairs. I think the last time I went to the fair was the Puyallup 10+ years ago and that was only because Alabama was playing. Not attending the fair certainly makes it difficult to get a decent corn dog (sorry those grab and go hot case corn dogs at the local gas station just don't scratch the itch).
Today we are bringing back our HAND DIPPED all beef Corn Dogs!!! Any good corn dog starts with the "dog" and for us it is Hebrew Nationals all beef dogs. Each dog is dipped to order and fried golden brown (no hot cases or warming lights here). You get 2 hand dipped Corn Dogs and Seasoned Curly Fries for just $31😳......."oh wait a minute, that is what it would have cost you at the SWWF," here at the All In, it is just $14 😎

Q; Can I get curly fries with my______?
A; No, I bought 2 cases of curly fries specifically for this special, so I anticipate running out before the day is over.

A; Nope, "see previous answer."

Happy Wednesday my friends.
I want to start by saying the obvious, Dolly Parton was an American Icon, and American success story and she will be forever missed. Rest easy in your "bed of plush cotton" and thank you for a lifetime of memories.
I promised to give y'all an update as soon as we had some information. Turns out the "information" has very little to do with the timing of the "tests."
Dee is feeling "better" most days, but when she needs to rest........"she needs to rest" and that is going to be our "attack plan" moving forward this week. As of right now, I am planning on a 2pm opening for Thursday-Saturday but that can change if needed. We have geared up for a full week, but I will NOT put her heath at risk, so that too can change (and with little notice).
Hopefully we will get the results of the tests this week or early next and at that point I'll share whatever I can.

What a week. We had great specials, good laughs, some minor drama with someone lighting fireworks and a lot of fun!
Sunday Fun-DAY did not disappoint. We learned a LOT. We learned that Downtown Tony Brown hates the song "we are the champions!" We learned that "no lead is safe" when Jalen Milroe takes the field. "Let's be honest, he looked like a hot mess." He hasn't improved in 2 seasons. There is a solid chance he's color blind (that would at least excuse a few of the interceptions). Plus, he has NO intention of standing in the pocket. "Cut him and move on!!!" Most importantly, we learned that the New York Strip French Dip was AMAZING! I used the last little bit to make one for us after work and WOW!!! I am "hoping" I can find a good deal on a couple New Yorks this week. If so that one might happen again but, on a Friday or Saturday. It was SOOOOOOO good. I did have plans to do a BBQ this week but with this burn ban restricting even pellet grills, I will be changing course and that sandwich would be AWESOME!!!

"Pizzas, and Burgers, aaand COPS???? Oh my!"
Before I get into the excitement of this Sunday FUN-Day, I should talk about the absolute stupidity of last night. Somebody in what is likely one of the stupidest displays I've seen in a VERY long time decided to light off a firework cake in the southwest corner of our parking lot (area with the grass by 508). This was around 10:30 as Dee and I were getting closed up for the night. Instead of heading home, we were treated to firefighters responding to several calls and the LCSO. I am not sure if this was a poorly thought-out practical joke, the worlds dumbest arson attempt (as there was some extremely dry wood left next to the firework) or an effort to cause problems for us and our business. The simple fact is "I don't care." Our state has several wildfires still burning and the county is under what may be the strictest burn ban I've ever seen with ZERO outside fires and even pellet grills are prohibited.
It gets worse that once I got home, I had another call from a different deputy that informed me of a small brush fire "possibly related to the event." Thankfully it sounds like it was quickly taken care of, and no real damage was done. Whoever decided that this was a fun way to "end their Saturday" did NOT come from our business. We were in the process of closing and had just one customer left for the last 30 minutes and he was sitting next to me when we heard the first "report" after acknowledging it wasn't "gunshots" we both went outside to find the firework just finishing.
Wew photographed the scene and soaked the firework. A few minute later the first (of many) firefighters showed up and shortly after the first Deputy....."so much fun." "IF" you know or have info there is an open case with the LCSO, this was a stupid act. Thankfully it didn't result in any loss of property.....or worse😡
Now on to Sunday Fun-DAY and the "trash talking" that comes with it. Things get underway with NASCAR's Dollar Tree 301 (because they go the extra mile🤣) The green flag is set for 12:20pm and we will be ready for every lap. Downtown Tony Brown is bringing a new batch of $5 bills and I am looking forward to helping him "redistribute" them🤣
Then at 5pm YOUR Seattle Seahawks head to Nashville to take on the Titans. Normally I don't get to excited about preseason but reports after last week's loss to the Cowboys say coach Macdonald was furious and even scheduled extra practices. That adds a little excitement to the preseason and should make for an interesting look into what this season has instore for our team.

Happy Saturday! As promised, we are going to be opening at 3pm today. Yesterday was a fantastic "test" for Dee and (not surprisingly) she handled it like the true champ she is. As we wait for another round of tests (next week) we are going to continue to push forward as best we can.
For today's special we have one of my favorite comfort meals and a true Island Classic, Loco Moco. This Hawaiian dish was developed on the "Big Island" in 1949 and has since become a staple of Hawaiian cuisine.
Our variation of this island icon starts with a generous serving of sushi grade white rice topped with a well-seasoned 12 ounce (3/4lb) fresh ground chuck patty. The whole dish is covered in our rich house made brown gravy and finished with 2 eggs served sunny side up for just $15. You want to add a little more Island to your meal, add a slice of Spam for $0. That's right, just ask Dee to add the spam and it costs you NOTHING........way cheaper than a trip to the islands.

Happy Friday!
It is still warm (actually hot) but things have cooled off "a little" and we are going to be opening today at 3pm. In all likeliness assuming Dee can handle it, we will be opening Saturday a 3pm and while we are planning to open at noon on Sunday, we will likely close a little early (around 8).
Now a quick update on Dee. First, I/we want to thank everyone for the amazing outpouring of support and love. the doctor has started her on a cycle of antibiotics. She is feeling better but a VERY long way from 100%. She is scheduled for some more tests at the hospital on Tuesday and at that point we will "hopefully" have a game plan to move forward and a little better idea of how much our schedule will be interrupted and/or if we need to bring on some temporary help. Those are all bridges that we will cross when we get to them. For now, we will continue to "thread the needle" and keep her strong and ready while doing our best to service our community, friends and customers.
Dee asked me to "keep the specials easy" as she deals with this. The problem was she didn't ask me that until AFTER I'd went shopping🤨 That is sort of like "checking your parachute after you jumped out of the plane," but I'll do my best.
Today we are grilling up Steaks. I picked up several cases of Center Cut Sirloins. Each 8oz steak is seasoned and grilled to order. Your steak is paired with fluffy garlic mashed potatoes, rich brown gravy and a vegetable for just $14.
That is a steak and potato dinner for LESS than most fast-food burger joints........plus unlike those burger joints, our actually cooked WHEN you order it, not when the teenage shift leader "divines" a big rush🤣
