I'm excited to share that I'm making Summer Kao Soi, a delicious Thai Northern noodles yellow curry, and I'm proud to say I made the curry paste from scratch! I had to get one ingredient from Thailand since I couldn't find it in Omaha, and the pictures is a 100% gluten-free dish, including the crispy almond noodles. Come on and give it a try!
