Team Porky Butts was formed from our passion for great BBQ and good times! We enjoyed our BBQ so much we thought we would share it with America. We competed in our first K.C.B.S sanctioned event May 31 2013 with a 23rd place finish .

One of our most-loved specials is making its way to the everyday Porky Butts BBQ lineup.

The Big Tex is loaded with chopped brisket, cheese sauce, house BBQ, and crispy fried jalapeños, all piled onto a toasted brioche bun.

There’s nothing quite like The Jack 🏆

This will be our fourth trip to The Jack after competing in 2016, 2018, and 2023, and we’re proud to represent Porky Butts BBQ alongside some of the best in competition BBQ.

In 2018, we brought home third place in ribs, and we’re ready to see what we can bring home from Lynchburg this year.

Now it’s time to get to work. We’re coming for those barrel heads and hoping to bring another world championship home to Nebraska and Porky Butts BBQ 🐷🔥
