Last night, Chef Diwesh had the honor of participating in the inaugural , organized by and our good friend .west402 .
Months of planning, countless hours of work, and an incredible group of chefs, musicians, organizers, volunteers, and supporters came together to create something truly special. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans, and the event was cut short during the first service.
Still, we’re grateful to have been part of the beginning of what we believe will become a beloved Omaha tradition. The vision behind Best Fest—bringing together food, music, and community—is something worth celebrating, and we’re excited to watch it grow in the years ahead.
To everyone who purchased tickets for the Saffron table, thank you. We’re currently working on a way to welcome you back to Saffron and share the meal we had prepared for Best Fest.

A very special congratulations to our partner Rocky and his wife Sonam on the arrival of baby Bodhi. We’re excited to celebrate Rocky’s first Father’s Day and send our love to the entire family as they begin this beautiful new chapter.
