This Sunday will mark 10 years since Coneflower Creamery first opened its doors! We hope you’ve enjoyed our ice cream as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it. The Blackstone District was becoming a popular destination and gaining momentum when we were fortunate enough to find a cute empty bay on Farnam Street. This was the spot! It was little, but perfect for the cozy, intimate shop we wanted. The brick walls and unique floor had us screaming for ice cream! The empty shell was just the beginning. Next came the long process of design, setting up utilities, the buildout, and getting all the equipment in place. We packed everything into that narrow space - kitchen, freezers, front of house, and seating area. Of course, everything took longer than expected and finally we were ready to open the doors - at the end of summer??? “Are you crazy?” some people asked. Maybe, but there was no turning back now! Things worked out ok😍 From day one there were long lines, and kept growing! Since then we’ve expanded and moved all our ice cream production to our second location in Millwork Commons, and opened a third location in Olde Towne Elkhorn.

Come celebrate with us all week long and get some birthday cake ice cream. For our big 10th birthday on Sunday our kitchen is working hard to prepare mini ice cream cakes that will be served at all three locations!
