Sweet Mags is looking for an experienced baker + cake decorator to join our team! ✨
If you are a high-spirited, driven worker looking for a fun and creative work environment and you have a passion for good food, we want to meet you!
The ideal candidate is an early-rising, self-starting, adaptable food lover who is committed to quality and interested in being an important part of a team. 30+ hours per week. Experience frosting and decorating cakes is required.
Responsibilities:
• Morning baking and opening tasks
• Frosting and decorating cakes
• Daily pastry production
• Fulfilling orders
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Requirements include:
• Prior baking and decorating experience
• The ability to lift 25 pounds and work on your feet for the duration of your shift
• A positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic
• Consistent weekly schedule + weekend availability
Competitive pay. 30-40 hours per week. PTO + sick leave. Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401K + matching.
