Right next to the new Blue Barn Theatre in Little Italy, Via Farina serves carefully crafted pasta & pizza. Paul Kulik, who is a James Beard nominated chef and owner of Bouillon, has collaborated alongside the Maven Social Group. Per Kulik's style, our food is selectively sourced, our pasta is made in-house, and our pizza is baked inside our custom wood-fire oven. Whether it's the thoughtfully selected w**e, cocktail & b**r list, our wonderful Rocket R58 espresso machine, or the 3-day process it takes to create our pizza dough, we put the extra work & thought into our routine, not because we're fancy, but because it just tastes better.

Happy (almost) Labor Day!!! 🍕

Both locations will be CLOSED on Monday, 9/7. We’ll be back at it with normal hours on Tuesday, 9/8!

While you’re daydreaming of pizza, pasta, and our famous house-made limoncello, enjoy this little throwback to our Laka Lono pop up at our Downtown location earlier this year! It’s just your casual reminder that pizza can in fact be used as a shot glass. 🤣

Hey, Omaha! We are posting this weekend’s pizza special a little early because this one means a little more to us. ❤️

Starting on Friday, August 28, come grab our Butter Chicken Pizza at both locations! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Jonas’s Final Wish Fundraiser happening Sunday, September 13.

This pizza will be available ‘til Sunday, August 30th. We’ll see you this weekend! 🍕
