Wonderful sourdough class yesterday held at my home in West Omaha! Such a fun group to work with. Loved having you all at Cakes by Diane!!! Cakes by Diane has sourdough bread classes scheduled once a month throughout 2026. Dates are:
June 13 (1 spot left)
July 18
August 15
Sept 12
Oct 10
Nov 7
Each class lasts about 2 hours and you’ll go home with:
•A freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread
•A Banneton filled with sourdough to bake at home.
•A bowl of sourdough dough that you make in class to let rise on your counter at home and bake the next day.
•A jar of active sourdough starter.
•My recipe & tips booklet .
•A goody bag filled with all the tools you’ll need to become a successful sourdough baker at home.
Please make plans to join me for class and learn to make gut healthy and money-saving sourdough bread! If Saturday classes don’t work well with your schedule, please feel free to contact me and we can work out a time for private classes!!
