Hey all, want to let you know that Utmost Toast will not be back this year. Long Walk Farm will be at the market but Utmost Toast will not. We are working on some other prepared food projects and hope you will give them a try. They will be delicious!

It has been a great market season but this week is the last week for Utmost Toast at Aksarben Village for the 2022 season. Come see us and get your favorite from this Utmost menu:
Avo Pro - avocado mash, shredded duck egg, prosciutto, pickled red onion, zesty honey mustard

Veggie Mighty - herbed goat cheese, avocado mash, fresh cucumber and carrot, sunflower microgreens, kale pesto (ask us to make it vegan)

Bacon with a Side of Bacon - shallot jam, carrot slaw, bacon crumble, maple-candied bacon strips on baguette

Bread Pudding - apple pie

Infused Water - rosemary citrus

Caprese on Toast - heirloom tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil, balsamic glaze on baguette

Utmost Special for Week 14 is almond peach bread pudding with salted caramel sauce and whipped cream. The salted caramel sauce is 💣!!!

The rest of the Utmost Toast menu for week 14 of the Aksarben Village consists of seasonal veggie with Roasted heirloom carrot romesco, avocado mash, herbed goat cheese, carrot, cucumber and a choice of kale pesto or lemon miso dressing. Avocado Duck Egg Prosciutto and Spicy Avocado Duck Egg Jambon Americano both featuring duck eggs from Long Walk Farm and Fruit of Levine!!!
