After going over our options, we’ve decided to close the truck for the winter. With the colder weather starting and some unexpected personal matters that came up, we need to take a step back for now.
We truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support. 💛 We can’t wait to serve you again when we reopen! See you next year!

Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Beware the Vampira, our new irresistibly delicious creation! 🧛‍♀️ A combination of a tostada and taco…the Vampira Taco is a hand-made blue corn tortilla, toasted and loaded with your choice of barbacoa, chorizo, picadillo, or chicken. It also comes with melted cheese, onion, cilantro, and fresh salsa. It is scarily delicious! 😋

Sink your teeth into the Vampira Taco! 🌙 For a Limited time only at The Enchilada Express! 🌮
