A little pork, a lot of pours, and a whole lot of heart. 🥂🐷

Chef Will served a Blue Corn Pork Tamale with a Peach, Pasilla & Madeira Molasses, Burnt Corn Husk Creme, & Peach Escabeche. He took home 3rd place out of several incredible chefs at Pinot, Pigs & Pours, but the real win was being part of an evening that raised money for Completely KIDS and the children and families they serve right here in Omaha.
