For vegan Japanese goodness in the heart of Olympia, stop by Kabocha! We've got hot rice bowls, like the BBQ Chick'n Fried Rice, available every Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 6pm! If rice bowls aren't your jam, we have veggie tempura, fried rice balls, and onigiri sandwiches, too. 🍙🍤🎃

For the perfect on-the-go treat, grab an onigiri sandwich from Kabocha Food Truck in west Olympia! Three filling options including crispy tofu katsu, sweet miso egg and spam, and our SPECIAL (pictured) a spicy teriyaki katsu! (Made with crispy tofu tossed in a spicy teriyaki sauce paired with a sweet sesame ginger cabbage slaw with carrot and onion.)
