ON THE MENU
Wednesday is Wing Wednesday. We’re doing smoked and fried chicken wings.
Thursday we’ve got a special chicken fried steak.
Friday we’re running a special fried fish plus smoked prime rib.
Saturday it’s beef ribs and pork belly.

Tuesday: Dimmitt, TX at 11 AM
Wednesday: Canyon, TX at 11 AM
Saturday: Lubbock, TX at 11 AM at Wild Honey Hats for their grand opening party. We’ll have beef ribs at the truck.
