Good evening, Cristela’s fam!
I wanted to hop on here and express how thankful I am for all of the support you all have given me these past two and a half years. This business has been a great blessing to me and my family and I believe it has also been a blessing to many in this community.
The past two and a half years have been quite the ride. We had many ups but we also had a few downs.
We opened Cristela’s when Covid was still, very much, a thing. Shortly after, Covid calmed down a bit but inflation hit us HARD.
This January, we were able to see a bit of a price decrease in a few food items but it became very difficult to recover from the many months of price increases.
I can, wholeheartedly, say that Isabel, myself, and my family have loved serving all of our customers and we’ve enjoyed bringing you guys some good Mexican food.
With that being said, my family and I have decided that it is time to close our Cristela’s windows. This decision was not taken lightly and after a lot of consideration and prayer, we believe this decision was necessary.
We’re gonna miss seeing you guys everyday but we know God has something new in store.
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
Isaiah 43:19
Love you all,
Lorena ♥️
