Our hearts are shattered as we share the loss of our colleague, leader, and dear friend, Maurizio on Saturday, November 8th.

Maurizio was a cornerstone of our restaurants, a mentor, a guiding voice, and a face that everyone looked forward to seeing. His dedication, compassion, and vision have left an impact that will live on in our work and in the lives of those he touched.

We are devastated by this loss and hold his wife, Maria, four children, family and loved ones in our prayers and thoughts. If you feel inclined we have provided a link (in bio) to donate to his family.
