There’s a lot to look forward to at Rusted Plow Coffee! ☕️

Plumbing and electrical work will be starting in the next couple of weeks. After that, we’ll be able to get our equipment delivered, complete the final health inspections, and finish up the space.

The minivan has been put to work hauling materials for the coffee bar, and our Rusted Plow Coffee signs are officially ready to hang! 👀

And of course, I’ve been having some fun perfecting our baked good recipes. Up first: Lemon Poppyseed Muffins! 🍋 These are some of my favorites!

I can’t wait for you to see, taste, and experience everything we’ve been working toward. ☕️

A little progress update! 🛠️

We’ve been keeping busy behind the scenes with cleaning, repairs, and a few modifications to the space! Here’s a little before & after of some of the progress so far.

We’re currently waiting on the health department visit, and once we get approval, we’ll be able to install our equipment and be one step closer to opening our doors! ☕️🤎

Take a look at just a few of the incredible farm photos we’ve received so far! 💚

I can’t wait to share these images and the stories behind them with our community inside Rusted Plow Coffee. Each photo represents the hard work, heritage, and heart of local agriculture.

There’s still time to be part of it! We have just two days left to collect farm photos and stories that will be displayed in the coffee shop.

If you’d like to share your family’s farm, your story, or a special photo, we’d love to include you. Please reach out before the deadline!

This is the moment we’ve been dreaming about, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally share it with all of you. Construction officially begins, and the transformation into Rusted Plow Coffee is underway!

We can’t wait to bring you along as we share the progress, the behind-the-scenes moments, and all the little milestones that lead up to opening day.

Thank you for cheering us on and supporting this dream from the very beginning. Be sure to follow along—you won’t want to miss what’s coming next!

🌾 CALLING ALL LOCAL AND SURROUNDING FARM FAMILIES! 🚜

As many of you know, agriculture has always been a huge part of my life. The values, traditions, hard work, and people behind our local farms are a big part of what inspired Rusted Plow Coffee in the first place.

We’re creating a special Farm Heritage Wall inside the coffee shop and are looking for photos of local farms (both past and present) to help tell the story of the families and farms that have shaped our community.

Whether it’s:
🌾 An old family farm photo
🚜 A favorite tractor or harvest picture
🐄 Livestock photos
🏡 A historic barn
📸 A current photo of your operation
👨‍🌾 Multiple generations working together

We would love to feature it.

If you’d like your farm to be included, please send:
• A photo
• Your farm name
• Location
• A brief history, fun fact, or anything you’d like others to know about your farm

You can send photos through Facebook Messenger or message me if you have a printed copy you would like to share!

Our hope is to create something that celebrates the farms, families, and traditions that continue to make our area such a special place to call home.

Thank you for helping us preserve and share these stories. We can’t wait to see the photos and learn more about the incredible farms that surround us every day. ❤️

I had the chance to step away for a bit and attend a summer refresher course and it was a blast! ☀️

I spent time learning all about the newest summer drink trends (cold brew, matcha, boba, refreshers - with or without an energy boost and so much more!) it was so fun experimenting with different flavor combinations, and getting inspired to bring some fresh ideas back to the shop. From light and refreshing to bold and unique, I’ve been testing out some fun new creations that I can’t wait for you all to try!

At Rusted Plow Coffee our drinks are going to be full of new flavors, creative twists, and a whole lot of goodness. ☕

As always, thank you for supporting this journey! I love being able to learn and grow and bring something exciting back to our community!
