FlameStone American Grill in Oldsmar is looking for a smiling, outgoing, creative, and motivated person to join our team as our PRIVATE EVENTS, SOCIAL MEDIA & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR!

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves people, hospitality, events, sales, and marketing and enjoys being out in the community building relationships and bringing new business through the door.

You’ll be the face of FlameStone to local businesses, event planners, organizations, and corporate clients — helping introduce them to everything FlameStone has to offer.

What You’ll Do

Business Development
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, event planners, professional firms, and community organizations.
• Generate new opportunities for corporate dinners, client entertaining, holiday parties, meetings, networking events, and celebrations.
• Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, networking, community events, and personal connections.
• Follow up with prospective and past clients to turn relationships into business.
• Represent FlameStone professionally throughout the local community.

Private Events
• Respond to private-event inquiries and help turn them into booked events.
• Meet with prospective clients and learn about their event needs.
• Conduct restaurant tours and help create memorable event experiences.
• Assist with proposals, menus, packages, and presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing private-event clients.

Marketing & Social Media
• Help create engaging social media content that showcases FlameStone, our food, events, and guest experiences.
• Assist with promotions, special events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to help grow the FlameStone brand.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
• Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys meeting people
• Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
• Organized, dependable, and great at follow-up
• Creative and comfortable with social media
• Professional and polished when working with business clients
• Self-motivated and excited to generate results
• Experienced in hospitality, sales, marketing, events, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
