In an effort to protect our reputation and that of our Team, we have taken the time to make a full minute by minute account of an unfortunate situation that resulted in The Shack being viciously attacked on social media and other various platforms. Instead of writing an emotional and irrational response, here is the exact timeline of what happened. We appreciate everyone who has given our business the benefit of the doubt before hearing our story, especially during a time where restaurants have been struggling more than ever. Of course, with any public post there will be backlash, but we are fortunate enough to have time stamped camera footage of the events that took place that evening. Again, thank you for supporting our restaurant and team during this time!
