This Sunday, October 4th, Sapore will be closed from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a private event.

During this time, we will ONLY be offering takeout — no dine-in service.

Mental health is something a lot of people struggle with, but not everyone talks about it.

I recently sat down for a podcast to have a real conversation about how life, people, experiences, and the things we carry with us can affect our mind and our choices.

I believe one of the most important steps is understanding where the problem really comes from. You can’t fix what you refuse to face. And sometimes staying on the right path means being honest with yourself, understanding your triggers, and making the decision to keep moving forward.

I’m sharing this because you never really know who might be going through something behind closed doors. If this conversation helps even one person understand themselves a little better, then it was worth having.

Caffè macchiato, first thing after landing in the USA after two weeks in Italy. 🇮🇹🇺🇸☕️

The comparison is immediate.

In the U.S., everything is HUGE. 😂 It’s all about money, bigger portions, bigger cups, bigger everything.

This “macchiato” was probably **5 times the size—and 5 times the price—**of the Italian version.

In Italy, a macchiato is small, compact, strong, and straight to the point. One shot, a little milk, and BAM! Down the throat. 😂

In Italy, we would look at this American version and say:

“You ready?”

“WATERED-DOWN COFFEE.” 😂🇮🇹

No disrespect—it’s not bad. It’s just… too damn big.

Final decision: I’ll take the Italian macchiato every time. 🇮🇹
Smaller. Cheaper. Faster. Stronger.

One shot, drink it in 30 seconds, and you’re ready to go.

That’s a macchiato. ☕️🇮🇹
