We owe you all an apology.
Over the past few weeks, we've sold out of ice cream several times. While that's an incredible problem for a new business to have, we know it's disappointing when you make the trip to Oklahoma Milkshake Factory and we can't serve the shake you came for.
The truth is, you all have supported us far beyond what we ever imagined. We're currently going through more than 200 tubs of ice cream every week, and despite placing a large order every Friday and a supplemental order on Saturday, we've still struggled to keep up with demand. Since deliveries aren't available on Sundays, that's usually where we run into trouble.
We're making changes to fix it. Moving forward, we'll be adding regular Saturday deliveries to help keep inventory levels where they need to be, and we're also taking a hard look at our Sunday hours to make sure we can continue serving guests without running out of product.
We opened our doors hoping people would love what we're building. We never expected this level of support this quickly, and for that, we're incredibly grateful.
Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for continuing to choose us. Our goal is simple: serve every guest who walks through our doors and give you an experience that's worth remembering.
