Clark Crew always donates to this event, good people doing good things. Father’s Day for these veterans and families, this is what America is about. We sent burgers, our potato salad and our 5XL seasoning. Terry, Kevin, Dusty and all the other guys went a made a difference for the veterans. Love it, great job!!!

Madi and I are rolling out to Washington, DC tomorrow. Cooking to do several different cooking events out there. Touring the Whitehouse and Capital so Madi is happy. Cooking the first event with friends and College success foundation and RCOA. Then Tuesday and Wednesday some free BBQ for Veterans at 2 of our The Greene Turtle Sports Bars in Columbia and Hanover, MD. Life is never boring that’s for sure. I always loved the airbrushing on this pit my buddy Shark https://www.facebook.com/share/1BHGVVfae7/?mibextid=wwXIfr did on this back in the day. He did me a quick turnaround on a double logo sign, my guy Pete at https://www.facebook.com/share/17iYvdCE4X/?mibextid=wwXIfr detailed the pit, buffed out some of the scratches. Brian at the Auto Spa https://www.facebook.com/share/1EKoXuNBF1/?mibextid=wwXIfr here in OKC put clear wrap to protect the flag. Then my buddy Mike down at Merle’s Frame and Alignment put some new shoes on her today. The tires that were on it when I got it were 15yrs old!!! Not taking her 3000 miles on those.

Jamey can’t go as Coop has 3 camps to take him to while I’m gone, Missouri, Oklahoma State and OU.

Beef Ribs “Dino Ribs”again for BBQ month! You asked and we said ok! Tuesday/ Wednesday May 5th and 6th only. They will likely sell out quick again but we are gonna cook several cases a day $20 each, yeah I know it’s cheap but it’s just a thank you for supporting us for 6 years, so see you soon OKC and Tulsa. Love doing the Easter Hams for all the families, the Clark Crew Glaze is always so good with that Pecan smoke. There may be a few more available for the weekend. Hope everyone has a Happy Easter.

St Patty’s Day means Pastrami Day at Clark Crew! This is always insanely good and sells out quick. I always like to pass some out for people to try especially if you’ve never had it, so you don’t want to be late!

Both stores OKC and Tulsa will have it tomorrow, our house brined and smoked. This recipe is my absolute favorite, and the best I’ve ever had.

11 years ago, the kids were so small. Always loved those Sam’s clubs events. Ol’ Kosmo was RGC, they like that Oklahoma BBQ down there in TX
