We officially outgrew our freezer. 😂🤍

We’ve been busy prepping for the final Canyon Farmers Market of the season, and apparently that meant it was time for a freezer upgrade!

My dad has been running The Till Texas at the market all summer in Canyon, TX and next weekend, The Till Oklahoma will be making an appearance to help close out the season. This is about 100 packages of product already… and we’re still prepping. 😅

What started as a little local microbakery has continued to grow in ways we never expected, and we’re so excited to keep seeing what happens when we push our limits a little further.

Turns out the hardest part of perfecting a recipe isn’t the baking… it’s keeping the Hot Wheels off the counter long enough to finish a batch and convincing two little helpers that every recipe doesn’t need their approval. 😅

After a few weeks of tweaking, taste-testing, and getting two very enthusiastic toddler stamps of approval, we’re finally ready to share something new with you on August 1st.

You’ll probably never see a huge menu at The Till Microbakery—and that’s on purpose. We only add a new item when we’re confident it’s earned a spot alongside the products you already know and love.

We think this one has. 🤎
