The response to our FIRST pop-up weekend was INCREDIBLE. 🥹🩷
I went into Friday with what I *thought* was enough inventory for the entire weekend. You guys bought almost everything I had prepped by Friday night. 😭
So, I spent Friday night baking more. 😂 And then maybe got a little too excited and overestimated Saturday's cold dessert demand. Oops. 🫣 But that's okay! We're figuring out the growing pains together.
After going over some of the surveys..

More Thunder cookies, more seasonal designs, and more options available at one time. I HEAR YOU!
Here's the challenge: Oklahoma humidity is literally the worst enemy of decorated cookies. I stocked about a dozen of each option at a time because they're sitting outside, and decorated cookies can't be refrigerated.
I'm brainstorming ways to offer more variety while protecting them from humidity and sunlight, without turning my porch into an eyesore for my wonderful neighbors. 😂 Whatever I come up with also needs to be removable and easy to store because my house is already FULL of bakery equipment.
A FEW OTHER UPDATES:
🩷 We'll be testing different days and extended hours over the next month or so.
🩷 Prepaid holds ARE an option! That's exactly why I purchased the shelf with the closing door. Items will only be pulled from the shelf once paid for, then labeled and placed in the reserved area. Pop-up pricing applies regardless of quantity, but preordering is still best for larger orders.
🩷 Bigger shopping bags are ordered, and a large calculator is on its way. 😂 You guys came prepared to SHOP!

I'm not trying to open another traditional storefront or have items stores. I want to enjoy my babies while they're still "babies." (Does 12, 9, and 4 still count? Because I'm saying yes. 😂)
I want something fun that gives you guys to chance to buy without preordering.. while keeping my sanity.
