🌾💜 WELCOME TO ALCHEMY BAKERY 💜🌾
Where good food, good people, and a little bit of magic come together.
If you’ve never been to Alchemy Bakery, you might think we’re just another little bakery…
But we’re so much more than that. 🥰
Alchemy Bakery was built around something that feels a little old-fashioned these days—making things by hand, using good ingredients, supporting local growers, and creating a place where folks feel welcome. ❤️
Ms. Hunter, the owner of Alchemy Bakery, comes from four generations of agriculture. Her family has deep roots in Oklahoma soil, where some of the best things are still grown the old-fashioned way.
Juicy tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, onions, squash, zucchini, okra, beets, green beans, sweet corn and the sweetest traditional watermelons are grown right in her family’s fields throughout Oklahoma. 🌽🍅🍉 Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL fall Mums every season and Spring Hollandaise Tulips are raised every year! 🧡🌼⚘️🍁🍂🍃🌾
There’s something pretty special about knowing that the food on your table has a story—and that story starts in the soil.
👩🍳🍋 NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT THE SWEET SIDE…
Ms. Hunter creates something truly special called Trompe-l’œil pastries.
These aren't your everyday pastries.
Each one is carefully crafted with three layers of different tastes and textures, coming together to create one unforgettable experience!
One of our most loved creations is the Meyer Lemon Trompe-l’œil Pastry. 🍋
It begins with a thin chocolate shell.
Inside comes a scratch-made frozen cream, delicately steeped with fresh lemon balm.
And right in the center is a scratch-made lemon ganache, made with Ms. Hunter’s candied Meyer lemons, sourced from small family farms, along with finger limes, Key limes, and just a touch of sugar.
Then, because every good country recipe needs that special finishing touch…
The Meyer Lemon creation is nestled right on top of Ms. Hunter’s Lazzaroni Amaretto Almond Cookie. 🤍
Chocolate.
Cream.
Lemon.
Citrus.
Almond.
Three layers of flavor and texture, all made to be enjoyed together.
And just like the seasons here in Oklahoma, our flavors change. 🌻
Ms. Hunter creates different Trompe-l’œil flavors from week to week, each made with locally spurced fruita from the best family farms that grow with care, so you never quite know what delicious creation you'll find waiting for you!
🥤🍓 BUT WE DON'T STOP AT PASTRIES…
Alchemy Bakery has a fresh and healthy side, too!
Our fresh juices are juiced to order, with fruits carefully sourced and bought in small loads to keep fresh. Our fresh blended bowls are made with the same fresh-frozen fruit and blended right when you order then loaded with your favorite homemade and delicious toppings. 🍓🥝🍌
Fresh. Colorful. Delicious.🍉🍊🍋🍌🍍🥭🍎🍏🍐🍑🍒🍓🫐🥝🥥
Made just for you.
🥒🍅 AND THEN THERE'S OUR LITTLE COUNTRY BOUTIQUE…
This is where things get really close to home. ❤️
You'll find homemade pickles, salsa, jams, and other country favorites, made with local ingredients whenever possible.
And some of those ingredients come straight from Ms. Hunter’s own family fields right here in Oklahoma. 🌾
There’s something pretty special about knowing where your food comes from.
From an Oklahoma field…
To our kitchen…
Into a jar…
And eventually onto your table.
That's the kind of food we love making.
And while you're here, don't forget to look around the Boutique! 👀
You'll find festive shirts, tumblers, bags, and other fun treasures that change throughout the seasons.
✨ SO, WHAT IS ALCHEMY BAKERY?
We're a bakery.
We're a juice stop.
We're a fresh bowl shop.
We're a little country kitchen.
We're a boutique.
But most importantly…
We're a place where people are welcome. ❤️
We believe food should bring people together.
We believe homemade still matters.
We believe local farmers and family growers deserve our support.
We believe there's nothing better than sharing something you've made with your own two hands.
And we believe a small business should feel a little bit like home.
So whether you're stopping in for one of Ms. Hunter’s famous Trompe-l’œil pastries, grabbing a fresh juice or bowl, picking up a jar of homemade pickles or jam, or just coming in to see what's new…
We've got you covered. 🥰
And don't forget—we also have seasonal soups and fresh breads throughout the year! 🍞🥣
