Happy taco Tuesday!! Marinated this skirt steak in our homemade carne asada marinade. Then smoked on the to add some delicious smoke flavor, then seared on the griddle. Topped with all the taco fixings. How many tacos are you smashing??

It’s been too long since we’ve been on IG! Too ready for summertime to break us out of our winter slump. Nothing better than a couple massive prime steaks seasoned with .q Texas Beef and Cow Cover! Reverse seared on the Traeger to perfection! Also made the Tik Tok pasta with a few alterations!

If you haven’t tried Bird by yet, you need to get some. Very unique flavor profile that really stands out, just couldn’t get enough. It turned out really well on the pork tenderloin! Needless to say it was gone right after this photo! Give out fellow Okies up the road a follow and try them out! @ Edmond, Oklahoma

Brisket that just makes you want to be a better person. Tried out Black rub and it did not disappoint. Smoked on a at 225 for 12 hours.

I know it’s not wing Wednesday, but I could have wings any day of the week! These were brined in pickle juice for 48 hours!! Then they were seasoned with a favorite, Nashville Hot Chicken seasoning and smoked on the . These were bursting with flavor! I’ll definitely have to try this brine again.
Would you try these wings??

Talk about an incredibly juicy tri tip!! Absolutely swimming in juices! Seasoned with bold and beefy and .q cow cover! Turned out to be a solid flavor combo! I could eat tri tip at least once a week! Who wants a slice?
