It’s been quite on the cake front for a bit but the last few weeks have been great and my littlest clients are getting another year older.

This particular little guy loves choo choo trains and I was feeling very nostalgic while talking to his momma because my oldest used to be obsessed with Thomas.

Last cake of 2025 was a literal Dumpster Fire 🔥 we took a dumpster fire gingerbread house and turned it to cake.

Inside was lemon cake with a raspberry compote and my goodness it was SO GOOD!

Now this last one yall… I had SOOO much fun making. My very dear sweet friend asked for a Zebra cake this year and I was so scared it wouldn’t turn out but IT DID and it was so freaking cute!

Now I’m not a fan of marbled cakes but I’m certainly a fan of Zebra!

I also made whipped cream icing for the cupcakes for the first time and it was White Chocolate Cheesecake flavored and was SOOOO yummy 😋
