SUMMER MENU DROP ☀️ 🌈

Strawberries & Cream Latte 🍓🥛
Of course it’s back. Hard to imagine a summer here at the shop that doesn’t include this one. Housemade strawberry and vanilla syrups, espresso, milk, strawberry preserve garnish, ice. Our love letter to everyone that grew up choosing that pink carton at lunch.

Mont Blanc 🍊🏔️
A trend we’re thrilled to hop on. Originating at a few years back, this drink has become a sensation around the world! Our version uses ’s “Ganache Truffle” to provide a rich, chocolatey balance with the generous amount of citrusy orange cold foam on top. A sprinkle of nutmeg on top is the finishing aromatic touch that puts it over the top.

Strawberry Matcha 🍓🍵
Another classic that we wouldn’t dare leave off a summer menu. It has its reputation for very good reason. Juicy sweet and tart housemade strawberry syrup pairs perfectly with the unique earthy umami flavor only found in a good matcha.

Pineapple Upside Down Latte 🍍🍰
Rich and syrupy with an unapologetic punch of pineapple to brighten it all up. We’re simmering pineapple juice for over an hour to serve as the base for this new housemade caramel sauce. Add in the brown sugary toffee sweetness of our Relay espresso and you have a summer latte that’s equally refreshing and indulgent.
