We have never used seed oils, and we never will.
That decision wasn’t made because it was trendy. It was made because I started this business to feed myself and my three boys the very best food I could. FreshFit405 was born in my own kitchen, out of a desire to nourish the people I love most.
As we’ve grown, that commitment hasn’t changed. If anything, it’s only gotten stronger.
We choose high-quality ingredients because they matter. We believe what you eat affects how you feel, how you perform, and how you live. Cutting corners has never been part of our business model, and it never will be.
My family inspired this company, but today that family has grown. Every customer who trusts us with their meals becomes someone I genuinely care about. I want you to feel better, get stronger, have more energy, and truly thrive.

Holiday hours are set for next week so plan accordingly! Get to the shop in the next couple of days to ensure you have healthy meals for the start of next week. Thanksgiving is indeed only one day so don’t lose yourself in all the hype. The office parties, the Friendsgiving, and a couple family gatherings can be managed easily by planning well for the in between meals. Feeling great over the holidays IS possible! Eat intentionally, be present for what you put in your mouth and enjoy the pumpkin pie! Most of all be safe and love your people. We’ll see you at the shop. XO

I’ve affectionately named them LOVE BITES and depending on how well you know me…you may know this…my business is and always has been a direct reflection of how much I love you, my family, my God, and myself. I grew up with a beautiful Grandmother that sent chocolate covered peanut butter balls to my sisters and myself every year for Christmas. We would cheer and dance when that box arrived. They were my Grandmothers way of showing us how loved and special we were and we felt that from hundreds of miles away. While I have designed these treats with healthier ingredients then my family’s original recipe, the messaging has not changed. I love you, and I would love for you to share these in the same spirit. The new July menu is posted and you can guess what I’m going to say….its a good one! Hummus chicken, Philly beef and a few new ones too. Salmon fried rice and smoky Guajillo beef are sure to be new favorites. Plus we have done a thing…. egg and steak tacos have been added to our breakfast items! Some of you are saying it’s about time! What We’re Looking For

Kitchen Experience Required

Leadership Qualities
Management experience is not required but will be considered for top pay. We’re looking for team players who lead with kindness and clarity.

Reliable & Organized
You show up on time, keep your station clean, and work at a steady pace without stress.

Positive Energy
You thrive in a chill, supportive, and non-toxic environment, and you contribute to keeping it that way.

Daytime Availability
Must be available during the day (approx. 8 hour shifts) and willing to work rotating weekends.
