Mandala serves Tibetan, Indian and Japanese cuisine

Dolkar Tso creates food with love. You can taste her caring spirit through her food. Born and raised in rural Tibet on Tibetan Plateau, she learned simple yet very healthy Tibetan food

while growing up. She escaped on foot over the Himalayas for over 30 days, then lived in a refugee camp in northern Indian for five years, enjoyed and learned clean and healthy Indian food. Through sponsorship, she came to California in 1997, and married to

Dorjee Tsewang in Ojai, California. Together they are raising two sons who were born in Ojai and enjoying their life in USA.

She is pursuing her American Dream and sharing culinary gifts from Tibet, India and Japan. Three Cuisine Combination, she created a very unique flavors which each cuisine compliment each other.
