Saturday, June 6 🧘‍♀️

We’re excited to welcome Rachel to Kaffe Mercantile this Saturday!

Rachel completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center in Minnesota and has since taught over 150 classes. Her specialties include Hatha, Slow Flow Vinyasa, and Gentle Yoga, with additional training in Power Vinyasa, Core Conditioning, and Chair Yoga. She is also CPR certified.

Rachel’s teaching philosophy is centered around accessibility. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or have been practicing for years, her goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable and supported. She offers plenty of modifications while still providing a balanced and enriching experience for seasoned yogis.

Yoga starts this weekend at the Merc! ☀️🧘‍♀️

Meet your Saturday morning yoga instructor, Sylvia Newman!

A few fun facts about Sylvia: she’s been teaching yoga for 8 years and currently teaches at Weber State University and Front Yogaloft. She loves hiking and is heading to Peru next week to trek the Salkantay Trail to Machu Picchu! 🏔️

As an Ogden native, Sylvia remembers Kaffe Merc before it was Kaffe Merc, and says she’s so grateful for what Nick and Lance have created with the space. Her go-to Merc order? A vanilla steamer or chocolate chiller with a maple nut scone ☕️✨

We’re so excited to have her bringing yoga to the Merc this summer!
